In December 1983, two months after Adi Da's arrival at Adi Da Samrajashram (on the island of Naitauba in Fiji), an accident occurred that would have been fatal without Avatar Adi Da's Intervention. The story of that incident is told by two people: Frans Bakker, one of the doctors involved; and Tom Closser, the devotee to whom the accident occurred, who describes his near-death experience, and a profound lesson about how "guilt" can become a self-destructive impediment to growth.

Adi Da Samraj recites the final section of His Lion Sutra (which is now published in Part 15 of The Aletheon). He calls on the reader to transcend the "disease of separation and seeking" that is the egoic self, and to "Swoon in Consciousness Itself."
This book is the most concise presentation of Adi Da's "Radical" Argument: "Seeking and attaining are a Total loss, and loss itself is the Only discovery of gain" and a direct and uncompromising invitation to self-transcendence and Divine Self-Realization.
What can possibly carry you deeper than your everyday self? Any focus or occupation added from the outside can't disolve your apparent limitations and boundaries; it only reinforces them.

In this historical recording from April, 1986, Adi Da Samraj recites the final section of His Love-Ananda Gita (now called The Lion Sutra and published in Part 15 of The Aletheon). In it, Adi Da communicates His most "radical" transcendental teaching regarding true renunciation of the egoic motive of separation and Realization of the Divine Self-Condition.

In this Adidam Revelation Discourse from January 21, 2005, Adi Da reveals that Liberation cannot ever be achieved through sex, science, or religion! And He makes the astounding assertion, “Realization has nothing to do with the body-mind.”
Watch this DVD for Adi Da's Instruction on True Freedom, which He says is discovered only in the utter transcending of “point of view”, by means of the Transmission of Reality Itself. "The 'self'-contraction, the 'point of view', the 'point-of-view'-machine and what it presumes to be Reality, the illusions of Reality created by 'point of view' — these are the important matters to be understood. The 'you' to which you refer as 'I', the ego-'I', is a 'point-of-view'-machine. It is subject to the illusions of the cosmic apparition, the illusions that 'point of view' itself is subject to — space-time, mass, and so forth."

Adi Da discusses "'I' is the body" — the relaxing of the conceptual mind — as simply one of the fruits of practicing the Way of Adidam (not to be made into a goal).
[Note: The practice of self-inquiry described here is no longer a part of the Way of Adidam.]
Adi Da Samraj speaks about the obligation inherent in the process of God-Realization. One naturally dedicates one's entire life to God-Realization, in response to the Realizer's gift of the Way of God-Realization. "If that Revelation [of God] is made clear in this moment, then make a solemn, eternal vow of absolute commitment to God-Realization, and commit yourself to do whatever is necessary for the sake of God-Realization. Devote this life to it, devote whatever time and space appear entirely to God-Realization."
This excerpt is from the Adidam Revelation Discourse of October 24, 2004. A devotee's question about memory and a bicycle accident sparks Avatar Adi Da's Discourse about the nature of the human mechanism. Likening the mind to "cyberspace", Avatar Adi Da describes the "codes" human beings use to interpret perceptions and give apparent meaning to the "game" of life. He also exposes as an illusion the very presumption of being a separate, perceiving self. Adi Da Samraj calls everyone to relinquish the commitment to all presumptions and Awaken to that Realization which is not a state, but a Force that Spiritually Outshines all of illusory existence.
Satsang, or the Company of the Awakened One, is the Way, the Truth, and Reality Itself. Adi Da not only communicates this truth verbally; He sits in silence communicating His Divine State, illustrating what He is talking about.
The occasion was a Prasad Day in May, 1973, in the backyard of a devotee's residence in Los Angeles.

A talk from 1975 in which Adi Da describes His Dharma as not different from (or other than) the Guru or the Divine Itself. Therefore Satsang with the Guru is the Dharma of the Way of Adidam.
Adi Da speaks about how the disciplines in the Way of Adidam should be based not on idealism but on self-understanding and the impulse to self-transcending God-Realization. Right discipline is not anti-relational or "righteous". It is associated with the radiant disposition, not the self-contraction.
