Doubly
underlined links on this site — like this
one — have information windows that pop up when
you hold the cursor over them.
Specialized
terms are doubly underlined: like
this. Holding your cursor over such an expression causes a window to pop
up, displaying an entry from our
glossary. Move the cursor off the pop-up and, on most browsers, in a couple of seconds, the
pop-up will disappear. Or, you can always press the X at the upper right to close.
