In a historic occasion at Walk About Joy (near Tat Sundaram Hermitage) on December 11, 2005, Avatar Adi Da Samraj reads His own renderings of portions of the epitome Non-dualist text, The Ribhu Gita. He then offers illuminating Instruction on the specific distinctions between the revelation communicated in this great text and the “Perfect Practice” of Adidam.
The collection of Avatar Adi Da’s renderings and related discourses became the seed of His book, The Gnosticon, in which He thoroughly examines the Transcendental Teachings of the ancient Sages in relation to His Transcendental Spiritual Way of Adidam.tags: Ribhu GitaGnosticonCD
Hear My Heart Call poster: DawnHorsePress length: 03:56 date added: November 6, 2010 language: English listens: 4949; listens this month: 12; listens this week: 4 The Dawn Horse Press has released a new CD from Naamleela Free Jones, Hear My Heart Call, an album of improvisatory “piano chants”, featuring beautiful piano interpretations of devotional songs.
This is Naamleela's first solo album of original piano music. It is a richly expressive album of piano improvisation based on the melodies of devotional chants. Many of the melodies are familiar to friends and devotees of Adi Da Samraj, and all were offered in His Company on numerous occasions over the last thirty or more years. In this unique album, Naamleela spontaneously brings to life the devotion in these chants, subtly reinterpreting them as beautiful piano pieces filled with love and profound heart feeling.
The song heard here is "Paramahansa". Click here to hear Jaya's version of this song.tags: NaamleelamusicCD

Enter Into Unlimited Profundity poster: AdidamRevelationMagazine length: 09:43 date added: August 25, 2010 event date: October 6, 2005 language: English views: 7372; views this month: 18; views this week: 7 In this occasion at The Mountain Of Attention Sanctuary from October 6, 2005 (the last time Adi Da spoke formally, in response to a devotee's question about practice), a longtime devotee, Cheech Marreo, who recently has had an automobile accident, asks Avatar Adi Da a question about the role of karma in his life and practice. Adi Da, in turn, points to something even more fundamental than the universal law of cause and effect. He also clarifies that the old saying, "through suffering comes wisdom", is just not true. If it were it so, He asserts with amusement, then everyone would be wise — because everyone suffers. Mere suffering makes no difference, unless there is availability to Reality.
The Divine Is Not the Cause poster: DawnHorsePress length: 10:52 date added: June 13, 2010 event date: October 20, 2004 language: English views: 5344; views this month: 10; views this week: 5 This excerpt is from the Adidam Revelation Discourse of October 20, 2004. In response to a series of questions about self-awareness, the nature of the “ego”, and how the self-contraction is caused, Avatar Adi Da speaks of the self-confinement of human beings (in contrast to non-humans as natural contemplatives), the effort to trace any experience or thought to its Source, and the Divine Reality as the True Condition of all things (not the “cause” of any thing). This Discourse concludes with Avatar Adi Da's confession of the direct and tacit “Point of View” of Divine Realization — the universe as Unconditional Light.
This excerpt is part of the longer DVD, The Divine Is Not The Cause. Subtitles in English, Spanish, French, German, Dutch, Finnish, Polish, Czech, Chinese, Japanese, and Hebrew. A CD version is also available.
Cracking the Code of Experience poster: DawnHorsePress length: 09:40 date added: June 13, 2010 event date: October 24, 2004 language: English views: 5019; views this month: 7; views this week: 5 This excerpt is from the Adidam Revelation Discourse of October 24, 2004. A devotee's question about memory and a bicycle accident sparks Avatar Adi Da's Discourse about the nature of the human mechanism. Likening the mind to "cyberspace", Avatar Adi Da describes the "codes" human beings use to interpret perceptions and give apparent meaning to the "game" of life. He also exposes as an illusion the very presumption of being a separate, perceiving self. Adi Da Samraj calls everyone to relinquish the commitment to all presumptions and Awaken to that Realization which is not a state, but a Force that Spiritually Outshines all of illusory existence.
The Quest for the Historical Self poster: DawnHorsePress length: 08:22 date added: June 12, 2010 event date: November 6, 2004 language: English views: 4085; views this month: 8; views this week: 3 This excerpt is from one the Adidam Revelation Discourse of November 6, 2004. Adi Da proposes that all human lifetimes are a “quest for the historical self”. He describes how this search is based on the activity of “self”-contraction — the erroneous presumption of an actual, defined, knowable “self”. His Discourse exposes that neither experience nor memory nor the sensations of the physical body actually define a separate entity. The “I” is a fiction, a lie—and Reality Itself is Self-Evident only when the activity of the “self”-contraction is transcended.
